Aarhus Charter

This site was reported by one of our visitors - NEVER EVER have an "Under Construction" on a website. All website are under construction all the time. But this one have been Under Construction for 2 years. And the graphics are so amateurish - it's sad.

They have finally changed the website after been award by us just like europaeiske. But hey we have a print of the ugly site and they are in "Hall of Shame" forever and ever!!

This site is simply the most ugly one - to be honest it even beats UseIt.com but this website doesn't try hard to be an usabilty guru.

It might even be this ugly for a good reason! Not many haircutters get over 40,000 hits so it might win "The High Traffic Haircutters Prize" :-)
